Day 059

 Dear dreamer,

Time

I am confident in my ability to put in the work tirelessly. My job was very busy at this time and I had to cut down on how much extra work I had to do. I was planning to put a couple of projects on hold while I worked on new ones that were related to my job. I just hoped I was doing the right things and using my time to do the right things. After all, I only get one chance to find ways to live my dreams. 

I remember wondering about the magic called time. The quantifier of past, present and future. Would you believe it if I tell you that time is the real currency? When we speak of resources, the one we pay least attention to is the one that is most limited. Yet we trade with it and for it. Time can purchase anything and everything. It is the most important unit of trading. Now, the most important quality is that it can not be bought, it can only be redeemed. Why is this important? Many of us make our deals without consideration for the most valuable currency in our life- time. It is also limited and you can only redeem it. You have a fixed amount of time.  Everything you spend your time doing has to be every bit worth it. If that were to be your last moment, what will you rather spend it doing. That's how you should make your choice. Do not allocate your time for ventures that provide absolutely no value in return.

There is one more miraculous thing about time. There's absolutely nothing it does not buy when it is enough. When time passes, things change. This is one of the most valuable property of time. Time buys change in anything. Circumstances change if you can get enough time to bid. Everything falls into place at the right time. Time will definitely solve the puzzle and you will have something that you can solve.

This currency, spend it wisely and carefully. It's quite expensive and it can never be bought back once spent. Guard your time carefully and jealously. Also, you should be willing to trust this currency to change things and buy back your important treasures. It will change situations and bring your treasures closer to you.

Day 002

Dear dreamer,  Questions...lots of questions Lethargy...I could literally feel it like a gentle caress lulling me back to comfort-very deceptively destructive state. I started the long, arduous process of shaking it off simply because I have this one chance to live my dreams and I won't screw it up as far as it is up to me.  I started the day wondering if my ideas were good. There were a lot of questions;  Can I pull it off?  I might need help so I called out to my close confidant. I read about something called a kitchen cabinet- it is a couple of people that are literally your guide rails. They keep you accountable, you can ask them questions about anything. Well, they are supposed to be comforting enough yet honest to call you up on your faults without mincing words. I started building mine then so I reached out to the one who I can say is the chief of my cabinet. Day 004

  Dear dreamer,  Life Of A Penniless Dreamer I don't know about others but being idle makes me so uncomfortable. Like, I must always be doing something valuable, meaningful, something that is felt but, as it was, I was just waking up in the past few days to nothing but absolute emptiness. Of course, I did some mundane chore but it moved nothing so I was dissatisfied and wondering what exactly I could do- something effortless enough but impactful. Not like I did not have things to do, in fact I had deadlines to meet but I was in low spirits so I had no motivation nor intention and I have learnt to not force some things. Quality dwindles. Poor quality with so much effort. There is something I do from time to time, no fixed time frame but I just organise it as it feels. It's a self-reflection exercise.
